Yes, hbp is proud to be a New Zealand company.

Where is hbp based?

hbp is a home-based business located in East Auckland. Orders are dispatched from this location.

Where does hbp deliver to?

hbp only delivers to customers in New Zealand at the present time – both North Island and South Island including rural deliveries.

If you live outside of New Zealand, and wish to purchase any of our products, please contact us and we will do our best to accommodate your request.

What credit cards does hbp accept?

hbp only accepts Visa and MasterCard as forms of payment. All transactions are processed by Click by Paymark via their fully hosted secure gateway.

Does hbp accept online EFTPOS?

Yes we do.  This service is provided by Click by Paymark and is only available to ASB account holders at the present time.

All transactions are in New Zealand dollars (NZD).

Can I cancel my order?

Orders can only be canceled the same day they are placed. Please contact us to request a cancellation of your order.  If the order has already been dispatched, we are unable to accept the cancellation request. We reserve the right to cancel any order for any reason without notice.

Can I change my order?

If you wish to change your order, please contact us within 24 hours of placing your order. We are unable to accept changes to an order after the 24 hour period.

Can I collect or return a faulty item in person?

Unfortunately, we are unable to offer an in-person collection or return service. Refer to our Returns & Refunds page.

Can I place a custom order with hbp?

No, unfortunately we cannot offer a custom order service.
